The holiday season didn’t prevent Taylor Petroelje from creating Hooray Run’s first-ever logo. Petroelje’s sharp design skills are on full display with this visualization, and I can’t thank him enough for his time.

I contacted Petroelje because of his work with Emblem Cinematography. He designed the logo for EC, which is a video production service created by Ben Lemmen. Lemmen is a fellow 2014 Hope College graduate, and his work inspires me to pursue what I love.

This new visual representation of HR has me excited. The project will continue to grow, and to have a logo along on the ride will make the journey even more enjoyable.

To catch you up on HR happenings, I’ve been working on the look of the .com, attempting to make it more appealing to new and existing viewers/followers. As I work out the aesthetics, I can assure that the content production of HR will increase. Things are looking up.

I’m further realizing the time and effort it takes to build something—anything—from the ground up. When you’re working with a passion, however, it’s worth the energy, no matter how large the audience.

HR continues to put one foot in front of the other, and I appreciate the support. Tell your friends, enjoy 2015 and celebrate every step.
